Photographer’s Note: In the rainy season (monsoon) it is a frequent sight to see clouds releasing their load of rain in the distance. Unlike the blanket of clouds we get in Europe where it rains from horizon to horizon, the monsoon is usually relativly small clouds, the rainfall is heavy, and lasts for half-hour or less. Here in the forground you can see the rice in nursery beds awaiting replanting in small clumps when ready.
