Chiang Mai – Huge Crowd to March to Doi Suthep

On the morning of July 14th at 6:30 a.m., there will be a march along Doi Suthep Road to the temple. According to Kampon Wilaiporn, vice president of the Chiang Mai University Student Union, the estimated 20,000 people will be taking part in an annual walk that is a longstanding CMU tradition that promotes camaraderie between the students and honors the monk Kru Ba Srivichai.
